About the company
SCANBET Itd. was established in 1996. Sińce the beginning of its operation it has been dealing in the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete units for housing as well as industrial building and civił engineering.
We have our own design office specializing in designing objects with the technology of building prefabrication. We employ 140 ąualified workers.
Prefabricated units arę produced in a prefabrication plant in Chociwel. The plant is located 60 km from Szczecin on the area of 7 hectares.
Production is realized in halls located on the area of 6 500 m2. The halls arę eąuipped with 8 overhead cranes with hoisting capacity from 3 to 10 tons. The batching plant constructed in 2006 with mixer capacity of 1,7 m3 and output of 25 m3 per hour guarantees homogenous concrete mix. Production of concrete is controlled by our own laboratory. The monthly production vołume amounts to about 1600 m3 of prefabricated products out of which 50% is sold to our clients in Germany and Sweden.
The production process is controlled and certified mdependently by three institutions:

- Betong och Ballast Certifiering BBC Stockholm - registration number PO01
- Norwegian accreditationProd 006 - registration number PROD 050
The above certificates entitle us to sell prefabricates in countries of the European Union and in Norway using the CE mark.
Company's manufacturing faciłities:
- the batching plant V-l,7 m3 with automatic aggregate, concrete, water and chernical additions batcher.
- external batching plant V~0,5 m3 with aggregate bunkers, automatic proportioning by weight.
- interna! transport of concrete with an automatically operated concrete accumulator V=l,8m3.
- cranes, 2 overhead cranes with hoisting capacity of 10 tons, 3 overhead cranes with hoisting capacity of 8 tons, l overhead crane with a hoisting capacity of 5 tons, 2 overhead cranes with hoisting capacity of 3 tons, 3 tower cranes with hoisting capacity of 4 tons, a gantry with hoisting capacity of 5 tons.
